I tried to search but did not come,up with an answer. Will a 2009-2013 Nismo rear spoiler work on a 2009 base model? I know the spoiler itself will bolt

Nismo rear spoiler on base model 2009??
I tried to search but did not come,up with an answer. Will a 2009-2013 Nismo rear spoiler work on a 2009 base model? I know the spoiler itself will bolt on and,fit, my question concerns the third brake light, will I need one made for a Nismo?

The spoiler does not have a third brake light. The car does. The break light is the same for all models - base, sport and Nismo.
