my center deflector was held on by rivets. you can use a screw & nut and a larger washer to mount it back to the bumper. it's a real simple

Yeah thats what it looks like, good solution. I'll give this a try if it looks like it warrants a fix when I go under it later today. I need to pick up some wire cutters from home depot anyway.
