Changing caliper color on sport brakes

Anybody tried painting the calipers on a sport model? I think the sport brakes are same as nismo brakes?

I had my last car painted on the calipers but they were regular calipers. These already have a color on them and i didnt want to paint over the nissan logo. Dont know the best way to go about this
