I have had it about three weeks and yes my shifts are much more true. It's wierd because the knob is really light compared to my TK knob, but it works because of the length leverage works in your favor and therefore it takes much less effort. I don't have any pictures but it's the same as posted. I did not get a new boot, the old one works fine.
