I'm not trying to cheap my way out I was just trying to find some info as I tried searching to no luck.

Any oil guru's provide insight?

ps once spring comes i'm getting the filter and oil changed to 5w30
I used 0w-40 in my Z for almost 3 years. My 09 was burning a qrt of oil every 3k miles. After I made the switch to 0W-40, I would burn maybe 1/4qrt every 3k miles and oil temps were a bit lower as well. You'll be fine. Just switch back to 5w-30 if you want on your next oil change.
FL 4Motion and mishuko like this.
