Desperate Help

I have a 2009 370z with 68k miles on it. It's just a tad bit past the 60k warranty for powertrain. I didn't know there was an oil consumption issue

It's just a tad bit past the 60k warranty for powertrain. I didn't know there was an oil consumption issue until it was too late and I had the start of a rod knock. Lesson hard learned trust me. I am just wondering what to do from here. Is there anyone I can talk to or does anyone know someone that will help with the issue to get it fixed? I had just found the TSB on it also while searching for an answer.
