Default Brake Light during hard accel

Hey guys, read a couple threads regarding brake light switches but nothing that seems to match my problem to a tee. When i accelerate hard seems like in 3rd and 4th gears(generally dont get on it besides those gears) my red brake light will turn on. The car feels fine besides that, only other problem i see is that in the AM at all times when the car is cold it feels very sluggish, once it warms up it feels fine.

Any insight if the problems are related to each other? and/or to a brake switch?

in advance

If you are actually seeing the traction light (rear view of car with squiggly lines), then it could be low brake fluid level. It has to be FULL.

Edit: It can be just the brake light. See Brake Light during hard accel

I've gotten both the e-brake red BRAKE light notification as well as the ABLS light notification. I've had them both come on and go off independently of each other. No more issues after topping off the brake fluid

To reiterate: it has to be FULL.
