ScanTool 426101 OBDLink MX Bluetooth/OBD-II

I just wish I could find one that has a composite video out with selectable display range so that I could send it 840 x 480 to my head unit

I just wish I could find one that has a composite video out with selectable display range so that I could send it 840 x 480 to my head unit display. How cool would that be? Instead of juggling a PC/lappy, or an iPad, or squinting at a phone screen, you could glance right at the head unit aux input and see it all without any fuss or bother.
