well if you don't care about synchro revmatch it won't be as hard, worst part is still going to be wiring and making the bcm happy. expect to spend quite a lot.

This. Unless it's a project car, it is not worth the money or hassle.

Or, learn to love the paddle shifters.

But if you really want a 6MT, your best bet is to trade or sell.

It can be done but it isn't worth it. As soon as you do an extensive mod like that, resell value of your car is going to take a huge hit.

This is one of those "If you have to ask, you can't handle it" questions. As others have mentioned, it's not just a matter of swapping transmissions (difficult for the average DIYer). By the time you buy all the parts needed for the swap, you'd be better off trading for a MT.

I was gonna start a thread on this, im wanting to do a "winter project" in the near future. Stillen SC kit, upgrade all the internals, etc. But can the 7AT handle that much HP? This is why I wanted to do a swap, that way I can build the 6MT to withstand the HP being put out.

Upgrade the CSC while you are at it... those fail under normal driving conditions.

Sorry, I think I misread what you were actually asking:

The answer is, yes to a point, but you may want to have certain components of the trans replaced or upgraded as well as be mindful of what gear you are in when gunning it under boost. I believe there is a whole thread dedicated to this question.
