Default radiator problem

Hey guys I'm new to this forum I have a big problem with my z and need help.
about 3 weeks ago me and my lil bro swapped out my stock intakes for takeda cold air intakes he dropped a bolt into the engine bay and I didn't know he did at the time, long story short my fans picked up the bolt and shot it a few times into my radiator causing a leak. a local shop I knew twin turbo a 370z so they had a stock radiator lying around so I bought it and had a friend install it, we switched it out and bleed it now my car works fine again except one problem my ac does not work which is weird because he said when I bought my blue antifreeze from Nissan it was an all in one antifreeze and air coolant all in one so it should be working but its not any ideas. P.S. I was told threw someone else maybe a blown fuse please help.

You can check the fuses, but I suspect that the intake rubbed through the AC line.

And/or did you guys only install the radiator? Not with the condenser?

OMG no the antifreeze is not "air coolant". The condenser is combined into the radiator and when you took off the old radiator all the Freon escaped, which is highly illegal btw. Anyway, you need to recharge your A/C with new Freon.

Yep. Find a shop to recharge the system. Shouldn't cost too much.

Cut your friends hands off.

Assuming there's no leaks, you can get your AC Vacuumed and recharged for 80 bucks

might want to change the drier also...just sayin, it's open, it's collecting water, it's going to release that water as a plug into the orifice tube sooner than later.

Get a recharge can at any auto parts store for like $30. I did this to my old car and it worked like a charm. And make sure to spray it in the ac line..lol.

Good thing op didn't get a blast of refrigerant as well since the system is under pressure.
