Is it me, the warmer climate or does the Ester Oil heat up faster than the Mobil 1 synthetic oil?? I noticed right after the oil change the temps climb

Is it me, the warmer climate or does the Ester Oil heat up faster than the Mobil 1 synthetic oil??
I noticed right after the oil change the temps climb quickly... I hit 200-205 just cruising (68 degree weather) and I have a 25 row cooler
