Like Spohn said - it's very easy. If you can turn a wrench, you can do it. All you have to do is remove the strut tower bar, remove the intake tubes, and then there are 4 bolts and the two coolant lines holding the throttle bodies. You'll see them no problem once you remove the intake tubing.
