Default CLutch Noise - 2012 black 370z preowned 4.8k miles

Hi everyone, i need your opinions and suggestions regarding this issue i am having.

I purchase a preowned nissan 2012 black 370z/sports pack with 4.9k miles on it. no exterior/interior defect. bought it 8/30/13 @ planet nissan.

i notice a noise this morning, when i press in the clutch the noise dissapears but when not in press you can hear a noise.

1. you think i can return the car and get a 14model? im regretting not getting a brand new

2. What do you guys think of the clutch problem? should i worry about it?

is that a loud noise or squeaking? if not, it's normal.

cars are different from like electronics or stuff you get at the retail store. you can't just return it for full price, unless the dealer makes some special arrangement for you.

or if you bought from carmax, they will allow return for full credit within a week or something.

It's Normal, you push the clutch in no noise let it go and there's the clunky shifter shaking a bit

I just had a recent post regarding the noise. Forum members said it is normal and I was not the only having it.

Very loud and clunky tranny in the MT! But try searching next time! Very popular topics.

As for the LED there are two MAP lights, one trunk light, two plate lights that all use the standard 194 blah blah blah wedge type bulb. Same with the parking lights!

As for the mirrors, I didn't bother cause I barely use them. If you want to paint the calipers, I advise you to get it professionally done. Not super expensive and it will look/last a litter better.
