Normal or no
I maybe asking a lot but I got into an accident with my Z a while ago and just want to get a second opinion. When ever I'm driving 30-40 with the 7At z I drop it Down a gear or to till its around 5,000 rpm then put my foot to the ground and the car had a slight shift to the left is it normally and I don't believe it's the car kicking out, feels like its something else.

Frame could be bent... How longs it been since you've had a really good alignment?? Usually high end alignment machines can tell if your wheelbase / frame is true or not

That all depends on the type of accident, and where your car was hit at. A bunch of variables can be at play. This is something your insurance company would have insisted on you having checked out after the accident... Did they?
If you really would like to look into it, you'll want to go to collision repair shops and ask for a "Frame Alignment Machine" as it is not the same as your normal alignment machine. They will check several different points to where the body is mounted on the chassis and the subframes. They will be able to tell you if your body is even out of spec by 1mm.

The accident was from the front fender down the door to the back panel. Insurence did come at my house and look at it but its was only so much they can see, The collision center said the frame of the car is good but do you even think they checked ? Where would I be able to take it in and see ifs it looks good and would they charge me a lot to put it on the machine

The reason why the subframe and opinion where replaced was because there was a crack were the steering rack bolts onto the subframe. It was a Auto collision Center right behind the dealer they work together

Rates are going to be dependent on the shop. If you have a few local to you, call around and get a few different rates. If you have some that are close, and one that is WAY off, they're definitely overcharging. The replacement of an entire subframe could be a warning sign. It could potentially mean that all of that subframes mounting points have shifted together and couldn't be simply replaced. (Worst case scenario of course)

Have the frame checked. If the frame was damaged and not repaired or would have resulted in the car being totaled your insurance company needs to take care of it.
The car could also just be out of alignment...

-edit- I had a similar accident - I pretty much totaled the left side of the car, after the repair, the car would make noises and turn on high speeds or spirited driving. I had it checked, found out that my front a-arm was damaged, and the rear factory trailer arm was disconnected.
