What type of row and what not would be the best for a 7AMT.

i recently installed a Z1 34 row on mine. i dont do track days (yet) but i do a lot of drag racing and some stop and go driving to and from work. plus i know how you feel. it get super hot and humid where i live and even on my morning drives to work i'll hit 200 sometimes (before oil cooler). so far temps havent climbed too high yet but even when i hit the drag strip 2 weeks ago in 65 degree weather and lower humidity after waiting in staging lanes idling and then my run my temps were great
