So earlier in the week I placed an order for their pulley set but forgot to order the shorter belt. So I immediately emailed them about the belt, but no response. The next day I called probably 15 or 20 times and then again on Wednesday except this time the phone was going straight to voice mail.
It's Friday and I still can't reach them or have yet to hear from them or get an order confirmation, yet my CC has been charged. So I went down to the bank today and disputed the charges and got my money back. I tried giving them money and business but that all just seems a bit sketchy. Anyone else tried them lately? |

It's a small company, it usually takes a bit for them to reply, never had to call. I know it took 2 months to get mine in the mail. You can get the belt elsewhere s well. Just search the part number of the belt.

Wow, two months huh... That's crazy! I guess I just got a little spooked when I kept calling and then it started going to voicemail the 2 or 3 following days afterwards.
