Default Any suggestion what might cause it ?

I dont know if anybody has this probelm before. This morning I started the car , I press the clutch down and (its still in neutral), it make a very loud sqweaking noise. Then I let it go and engaged it again , it do the same. It seems like the sound come from the gearbox (not 100% sure) Its seems like its alway happened in a cold weather. Any idea?

I am planning to bring it to the dealership sometime Wednesday.

Sounds like throw-out bearing.

The delearship just put some lubrication on it and it did go away for a while. Now, it been almost a month, the sound come back again once I engage the clutch. I honestly think they did not even take a look at the throw out bearing last time I brought it to service and I did mention it to them to check my throw out bearing. Planning to take back back this weekend and see what they will say. The thing is , it doesnt happen often, like I said, it only happened in a very very cold weather.

If you still got a bunch of warranty on the car just drive it till it gets easier to duplicate. If you bring it into the dealer now I bet they will just send it right back out the door.
