Default Intake clamps ???

I have a new CAI going in and wondered if anyone has used these clamps on the hoses instead of the basic worm-drive clamps that come with the intakes???

I thought they would look way better if I can find the correct size for my hoses and pipes.

I’m sure those work well. Another better option to worm drives are t-bolt hose clamps. Those are certainly cheaper and more readily available than those clamps you’re showing.

It's just the z1 CAI, but, I thought clamps similar to those posted would look better than the plain worm drive clamps.

I agree. Have never seen that style of clamp before though so I have no idea on sizing/availability

A better option to T-Bolt clamps are AWAB hose clamps! They are much smaller, have a higher clamping capacity, and more consistent torque around the hose. They will break plastic the hose is mounted to and bend metal if overtightened!! They are smooth throughout so won't cut your silicone hose and 100% stainless steel, so no rust.

After breaking "standard" SS hose clamps while in use in the boat; AWAB is the ONLY type I will use on any vehicle.

If you want to look pretty what you pictured will be just fine for a non-boosted application but if I were clamping anything other than an intake hose, it would be with AWAB's.
