You have to buy the whole transmission for a sport model car or Nismo that has the Syncro Rev Match transmission. As far as how it is wired into the car, you would need to get the wiring diagrams for that to see where it is plugged in. In Nissan fashion, I would suspect all the wiring to be there just tucked up out of the way and taped up in the harness.
