Gallery Gaskets replacement? Help
So my Z had been sitting for about 6 months, waiting to get the Cmak installed (couldnt start my car, long story)
I took it to Soho motorsports and they said when they turned it on it sounded like it was trying to get oil in her for around 10 seconds. After they checked oil pressure, air flow, etc and everything checked out. They suggested getting a Gallery Gasket replacement just because they dont know if any oil leaked when they first started the car, and are quoting me $4,600. I drove it back home for 2 hours and she felt good. 2011 53,000 miles. I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not. Any advice would help Thank you |
