My 370z is currently at the dealership being looked at for misfires in the above cylinders only. Does anyone have any possible ideas on what could cause this? I have

Misfires on Cylinders 1, 3, and 5 only.
My 370z is currently at the dealership being looked at for misfires in the above cylinders only. Does anyone have any possible ideas on what could cause this? I have tried fuel injector cleaner and filled up with fresh gas. But no change. Any suggestions are helpful just curious what y'all think could possibly cause misfires on one side of the motor (one bank) and not the other. Car has 31 thousand miles.
Update 1: Determined that all sensors are in working order and in good shape.
