So about a month ago I posted that I drove my car hard through some mountain curves then took a break and when I turned my car on my battery wasn’t charging. The alternator, battery, fuses, and belt were all good and working. I ended up resolving the issue simply by unplugging the ecu and plugging it back in. Now I went to the same curves today and took a break, turned my car on and lo and behold the same issue arose. So what could be causing this? My best bet is the ecu. What do you guys think?
Also I drove the car pretty hard last week along the coast for like 2 hours and nothing happened. And I just finished unplugging the ecu again and voila, the battery is charging again. Last edited by brandad_1; 08-31-2021 at 01:26 AM. |
