I obtained and installed the CZP 34 row oil cooler kit and it has done an amazing job of bringing down the oil temps on my 370z, maybe too good.

I obtained and installed the CZP 34 row oil cooler kit and it has done an amazing job of bringing down the oil temps on my 370z, maybe too good. It used to run on average around 220-230, up to 240 when I have pushed it some. After installing this oil cooler, I have not seen it get past 205-210 degree range and during general driving it has been averaging 185-190. Is this too low? Granted it is Texas and it is only in the 80s right now, but will quickly get to the 100s and then I might be happy about the temps. Thoughts?
