Default Limp mode after engine swap

Hey guys. I bought a 09 Nismo with a defective engine ( bent rod) with the intentions of getting the engine replaced. Replacement engine is from a 08 G37s with the same mileage. The car was wrecked so I don't know if the engine was running correctly.

My friend did the swap at his garage and while at it we also replaced the gallery gasket since it's a known issue. Now that everything is re assembled the car starts but it stays on limp mode. We opened the timing chain cover again and made sure that timing is correct and issue still persists.

Before engine replacement my original engine was only knocking, witch lets me assume that throttle bodies and maf's should be fine since I took the old ones.

The car sometimes throws a 0011 0021 code but not always

What could it possibly be? Timing chain ? Cams? Whole engine?

My Understanding Is That Limp Mode Is Usually Caused By The Computer...
My Experience With It Was Cured By A Battery Disconnect / Reset
Yours Very Well Maybe More Computer Than Battery Reset -

GOOD LUCK CHASING GREMLINS!

Apparently the Flywheel could be not properly installed. Would a aftermarket flywheel cause that ?

Wouldn't be the first time. Also the phase sensor on the flywheel. Check to see if any wiring is pinched at the tranny-engine surface.
