Default Engine break in suggestions

How would you go about breaking in a new built engine with boost. One shop said first 250 miles no boost. 250-2500 miles half boost. After 2500 miles I can go full boost. Is this accurate?

Breaking in an engine is all about getting the rings to seat (Wear in). Once that is done there is no need to cut it any slack. Let me try and find a video later today on this subject.

He says get to at least 300-400 miles on it and I can go crazy. Don't know if that is best practice because I would hate to open her up again.

I got a 2020 Z In the beginning of may. I am currently breaking in the engine. Nissan recommends 2000 KM (1200 miles) of keeping the RPM under 4000.
BTW, I am only at 650 KM!

Ew. Have you considered taking a weekend and driving 1350 km (no idea what that is in miles) on a highway, just to get it over with? Does Canada have highways?

I was told as soon as my car comes off the dyno it will be ready to rock. No break-in procedure needed. It has already been done.
