does anyone know what is this sensor?

hi guys I noticed while I was under my car a sensor that got completely cut from its plug , it's above the oil pan right next to the oil filter ... I am guessing its oil temp sensor , and one more question does this sensor comes with a single wire coz i only see a single wire so i know what to order other than the sensor should i order the harness.

Looks like the oil pressure sensor.

Not uncommon for automotive sensors to have just one wire running to them. The other "wire" is ground.
