How would you go about breaking in a new built engine with boost. One shop said first 250 miles no boost. 250-2500 miles half boost. After 2500 miles I can

One shop said first 250 miles no boost. 250-2500 miles half boost. After 2500 miles I can go full boost. Is this accurate?
