You can still keep using a dual 2.5" exhaust while boosted, and it won't be too much of a power loss compared to a dual 3".
Also, you can do flex fuel and a full fuel system before going boosted, along with the CJM oil pan. For more cooling, you can upgrade your radiator and add an oil cooler beforehand.
