Default Advice on ring and pinion and lsd

Hello all, if anyone has some experience with diffs would you mind helping out?
I have a 2010 370z nismo, with a recent AAM Twin Turbo install 3k miles ago.
car currently has 40k on it. dyno sheet is 488 HP and 404 TQ. Ring and Pinion are whining really high pitched and loud. Is the OEM ring and pinion able to handle the torque or is there an aftermarket brand. Did the rear bushings give allowing something to not seat together correctly and brake/grind intosomething. do I need white line bushings? What LSD would you recommend for drag racing ( i know most people are more track racers and the car is better for track but i prefer dragging) I have lowered the rear camber from like 2.5° to 1° for better grip. and have also changed out the nismo suspension for a stock 370z

I appreciate any help.

Congrats on the twin turbo build. You should check with whoever did your tt install to see if they did change out your rear diff bushing for a solid bushings. If they did, then the sound you are hearing is normal. Mine does the same thing but I don't even notice it now because I have gotten used to it.

This does not sound normal to me. I have the energy solid bushings and OSG LSD. I don't get any additional rear end noise. Diff lockup related wheel hops but no whine. Change out the oil asap. Look for shavings and see if changing it improves it.

Lol, there are several threads in the brakes and suspension section regarding the noise from solid diff bushing during deceleration. I'm not saying he doesn't have an issue, but in many instances solid diff bushings will whine on deceleration.

Op do you have the oem rear diff and rear diff bushing? If so you can check to see if the rear diff bushing is "puking". You'll know it when you see it. I am about to swap out my rear diff and rear diff bushing. I went with the quaife lsd diff. I went this route for easy maintenance. It uses off the shelf diff fluid and it doesn't make any pops or clunk noises. Some of the other lsd options use special fluids and are noisy. As for the diff bushing I went with the energy bushing. The energy bushing will be the quietest option. Do a search on lsd and that should help you make your decision. When you are ready call z1 and they will set you up.
