Default Facing issues with 7AT

Hey guys.
The automatic transmission on my 2009 transmission feels like rubbish, its rough when it changes gears and it lags like crazy when I put my foot down on the throttle all the way.
I've taken it to the nissan dealer twice and they couldn't replicate the problem and now i don't know what to do. I'ts not fun to drive at all like this.

People have suggested I reset the ECU which I have done and it hasn't really helped.

I'd appreciate it if anyone can give me their insights on this.
