Default Throttle lag?

So after installing my intakes I asked my friend to rev the car up. He was shocked at how much throttle lag it had. I told him are you insane? Coming from a Gen coupe there is a massive throttle lag on that car, assuming due to the turbo and trying to keep the fuel efficiency.

So my question is, is there a serious lag in our car? And anything to fix it if there is. Cause personally I dnt notice it that much compared to my other cars

You can get a tune and have the tuner clean up the throttle tables, or you can buy a sprint booster if you don't want to spend the money on a tune.

Yes, it's real. Get a couple more engine mods and go in for a reflash or buy a sprint booster unit, it makes a huge difference in throttle response.
