drive past a pretty deep puddle yesterday

You may have gotten the air filters wet (not a high probability on a stock setup). Could be an electrical problem. In either case, it should dry out fairly fast.

Has the outdoor temperature changed lately? Power output is highly dependent on AIT.

BTW, butt dynos are terribly inaccurate. You may be expecting a problem, so you feel one, even if it doesn't exist.
