Default Wiring help please!

So I am lengthening the wires on the side my turbo is. This loom of wires is the only exception that goes down the right front of the motor. There are nine wires in the loom that go down to the alternator and then split up. All the wires are different colors except two of them. The two I need help with are green with silver markings about every inch. When I cut them I forgot to mark the two that are the same. If anyone has any input and help it would be greatly appreciated.
