That is a race style setup... it chops off the oil filler neck (one of the major obstacles I have had to deal with), and uses a throttle cable (it says Acura RSX cable on the website)... without using the stock electronic throttle control system, I imagine there may be a lot of complication to getting this to run on the VVEL engine (they advertise it was meant for the HR).
It might be wise to get in touch with Uprev or ECUTEK to see if they can make the VHR cylinder heads run correctly without electronic throttles. |

These guys started making an ITB crossover manifold for the HR heads: OnPoint Developed VQ35HR ITB’s Now Available : OnPoint Dyno
should bolt up to the VHR, but I am not sure if it will be compatible with the throttle configuration you want to use. |
