Default Does Redline engine oil void Warranty?

SORRY for another oil related topic, did quite a bit research here and decided Redline would be my choice for oil on my new 370z(first oil change).I got a great deal here at a local retailer on 2 cases(24) but am concerned if it will void my warranty if I have a problem down the road?If so I am sure I can return it.Any thoughts or opinions?

No don't worry about it. Just keep all your receipts and such for proof on your oil changes

No, you should be fine. My local dealer told me to bring whatever fluids I want for changes.

In a nutshell, any good-quality oil will be OK. As long as the oil meets specs (SAE, ASTM, API, &c), you'll be just fine with the warranty. See Owner's Manual or FSM for specs.

I'm sure it far exceeds the specs, what worries me is if it has the required certification

As long as you stay away from the bargain bin, any good-quality or better oil will be within warranty specs. Most, if not all, Redline oils for DDs are in the or better category.

When in doubt, the required standards are listed in the OM/FSM and the oil bottles will have a list of the standards they meet. It's not complicated - group, service class, &c.
