Default Fighting to shift?

So, I took my car to a local shop because my CSC and clutch **** the bed. Come down to pick it up and now, I've got to fight the car just to shift. Anyone know what could be happening? (I'm still at the shop, and having them take a look at it. I never had to fight it before)

It took a considerable more amount of force to move the shift knob

Look for Joe's post. Probably overtightened the bolt at the bottom of the shifter.

Put some amsoil 75-90 in there. It helped my tranny shift way better than Royal poop.

Make sure theclutch pedal is adjusted properly,

The csc isnt working properly, might be a bubble in the clutch line, cuz it seems to me that the clitch it self isnt comming off the flywheel.

If they drained ur transmission oil, they might have put cheap oil in it and it makes a hella difference with redline.
