Cooling fan on with ignition on

As soon as i turn my ignition the cooling fan turns on full power any ideas what my cause this condition? Note that i just istalled an aftermarket cooling fan

As soon as i turn my ignition the cooling fan turns on full power any ideas what my cause this condition? Note that i just istalled an aftermarket cooling fan controller.
