Air conditioning line??

Hey guys, can you help me locate the a/c line? I am getting a funky smell from the A/C and would like to clean it out. I replaced the cabin

Hey guys, can you help me locate the a/c line? I am getting a funky smell from the A/C and would like to clean it out. I replaced the cabin filter already. Thanks for any help

You can't clean out the AC line. It's a sealed system under vacuum and pressure. The smell would be coming from the vents. The only thing to do is to change the cabin filter which you did.

Open the door and trunk. Then use the nose to find the source of the smell and eradicate it.

Ah, your talking about the drain line. It will be on the passenger side of the firewall.

Outside, behind the engine on the firewall. You should find a small black drain line that comes from the Evaporator core.

I don't know of this black hose Spooler speaks of. However, he reminded me of the possibility of leaves and water being trapped in the door from rolling it up and down. There should be a small hole in the bottom of the door somewhere to let eater out. If it gets clogged, you can harbor some bad funk in the door.
