power steering liquid leak, is this picture normal?

main questions, is this normal? meaning it is supposed to be oval or circular on this side? because on the other side it's circular.

No, it is not supposed to be ovaled out like that. Get a new line. You should have 2 copper washers, one on each side of the fitting.

You need to determine the cause before you start replacing fittings and lines. First thing I'd check is if there is any stress being placed on the banjo fitting - rerouting will usually fix that.
