2012+ Oil Cooler
Greetings, comrades.
I am seeking the most coveted of all performance upgrades for our oil-boiling sports chariots, the mystical device known to mere mortals as an "oil cooler" that shall harness the energy generated by thy 332 horses and prevent it from growing weak due to over-exertion. However, my current chariot, as you all know, features what many mere mortals refer to as a "Band-Aid". Some of my comrades confuse it with excrement of horses. Therefore, I seek the best configuration that shall aid in removal of said wound treatment and provide the full solution to the problem and will aid me in my quest of slaying the dragon by burning its tail with the tires of my chariot until the dragon submits to my driving prowess and declares me winner of the contest. TL;DR: I'm going to tail of the dragon, and I have a daily-driven 2013 Z with a ******** stock oil cooler. Who provides the best oil cooler for my car, and how big of a core should I expect to require for this scenario?

You would be ok with the 25 row. I would go with the Z1 34 row. Reason being is you can always block off a portion or all of it as required. You can't however add more rows if needed without of course upgrading.
My temps reached 260 this year at Zdayz so I guess I will break down and install the 34 row I have waiting and ready to go.

Z1 kit is very good. FI kit is much better due to teflon lines with crimped ends and they also include what you need to remove the stock oil cooler. 34 row with thermostatic plate or go home whichever kit you get.

That would have to be a pretty fuckin big rock I would think. Why even ask that question? What is the likelihood of that happening? Might as well ask, "what if an eighteen wheeler side swipes you?"

I've seen radiators and such punched holed due to road debris. asking as perhaps a low oil pressure sensor would be a good insurance policy since the Z only shows low when empty.

I actually have a grill in my front bumper that would protect it from anything but the largest of rocks, which again, would probably be a hard enough impact that I would pull over immediately.
