The front hose on the reservoir. Is that just a breather hose? It runs down the back of the radiator and fans, but doesn't seem to be plugged into anything

Coolant and reservoir
The front hose on the reservoir. Is that just a breather hose? It runs down the back of the radiator and fans, but doesn't seem to be plugged into anything on the bottom. I just want to make sure i have it right before I fire her up.
