Default Need Advice on Bottom End Build

Having the timing chain completely slip, finding out the oil gallery gaskets where blown, and then somehow the oil jets/squirter was broken in my oil pan. I got replaced and fixed everything got the car to start of and run fine. I decided to drop the oil pan one more time to see if i would find any more goodies in the oil pan and BOOM a broken piston ring. So anyways i have the whole front end out and decided to just swap the motor got one for a $1000 with on 50000 kilometers. Now that i have this spare bottom end i decided to put a hold on my bbk,air suspension and ect plans to build the bottom end.
So now i have a stage 1 twin turbo kit from gtm love it awesome tune and i am getting 515 the wheels at 11 pounds on the 93 tune but run 490 on 91 tune.

I don't want to run higher boost or anything i think my car is perfect the way it is. i want to keep stock specs. Do you guys recommend sleeving the block or do i not need it for 11 pounds of boost

also what else should i be upgrading to make it a lot stronger and more reliable?

thanks for all your help guys/girls!

Parts list
Weisco Forged Pistons 11:1
Eagle Forged Rods
Darton Sleeves

From what I"ve read eagle rod get shaky anything exceeding 500 plus, cheaper compared the carrillo etc, get what you paid for. NO need to sleeve the block unless your plan is to run some serious horsepower. Better off buy a built block if your asking question like this instead of trying to piece everything together on guessing. Im not car expert just chipping in with my 2 cents

Sleeving would be a total waste. Even at several more psi.

Eagles no good past 500? Even stock is good for that. They are also in most builds. Never.heard that before. Did you read that on this forum?

NO i didn't read it on this forum, Just researching the difference of rods. Eagle rods have gotten better over the years. I've just heard of eagle rod's aren't the best route to go. Just stating what I've read and heard from people with experience.

I think Z1 motorsports sells build short blocks with different options for you to choose.

OP my first question to you is how did the timing chain happen to "slip"? I don't think ive ever heard of an issue like this and having rebuilt a VHR several times at this point the only possible way I could see this happening with all of the tensioning devices is either A0 one serious drop in oil pressure or B) you over-revved the hell out of the engine I.E. 6th-2nd.

That question aside can you tell me what you have for tools to go about doing this? if you can explain that you have the know how, and the tools required ill be more than happy to chip in and tell you and entire long block rebuild list with a built bottom end. Otherwise I don't want to get wrapped up into something that would be better off having an engine shop handle.
