Sometimes it might be more like E70 and other times might be more like E90. This is why most people I know that run corn in a high performance applications (prepared autox cars) are actually using E85R which is the race version of E85 and guaranteed to to be 85% ethanol. I'm sure if you had a very safety oriented tune on the car you'd probably be fine with pump E85 though.
