Default Start Up Issue (VIDEO)

Hi I have been having this problem for a while but it has been happening more often this couple days. I dont know how to say it but when I start it it will go dead if I do not rev it up. I dont know if its the battery problem or starter.

Symptoms of the idle air control valve being clogged up with junk. I would clean both throttle bodies.

Might be some other ideas here:

Engine starts then dies

I started with cleaning MAF sensors and TBs. I ended up getting long tube headers installed and haven't had an issue (yet) since remapping with UpRev.

If you clean the throttle bodies you will most likely need to reset the ECM. In the older cars with drive by wire it was to turn the key on and off 3 times and leaving it on, Then depress the gas pedal to the floor 3 times very smoothly. Not sure on the Z. I would think it would be the same.
