How can I eliminate extreme FM radio interference from Philips 12820WLEDX1 Daytime Running Lights? When the DRLs are on, most FM signals are drowned out by static. When the DRLs are off (i.e., headlights on), the radio plays fine. What shielding or additional grounding will fix this?
