Had my side view mirrors scratched and was going to remove them on my own to have them repainted. Is there anyway to remove them without taking off the entire mirror assembly? If I could pop out the mirror glass itself, I could reach the clips to remove the mirror cover.
I was thinking of trying to wedge the cover out, but I don't want to break any clips. This is just for the painted cover, not the mirror arm/housing. Thanks for any help. |
