DIY: Shifter Boot fix with after market shift knob

Very slick. Quick question - it looks like the TWM knobs come with some spacers, jam nuts, etc. I'd prefer the shift knob at the stock height or lower. Did

Very slick. Quick question - it looks like the TWM knobs come with some spacers, jam nuts, etc. I'd prefer the shift knob at the stock height or lower. Did you use the jam nut only? Thanks!
