Default 370z Seat Electronics

hi,

I had an interesting project in mind long before joining these Forums.

Has anyone ever done a strip down, or tear down of their stock 370-z power seats?

I want to see if its possible to relocate some of the electronics, as well as wiring harness.

I want to ideally Keep my factory heat switches, even after I change seats, as well as possibly the weight sensor.

Thank you.

I downloaded a copy of the diagram, I think I see how to make the connections I'll need to transfer the electronics over.

should be easy enough.

So I'm thinking of Purchasing a Bride Stadia III, or Gias, and adapting the cushion or lower frame of the full power seats of the 370.

My only concern is mounting the back to reclining motor.

So I ordered a second set of stock power seats, and will be ordering some reclining race seats fairly soon.

The electronics transfer will occur within the next couple months.
