Default Outer bleeder valve not bleeding

in the process of flushing out the brake system with new fluid, the right outer front caliper would not bleed through the valve. Pressure was over 15psi on the Motive Bleeder Kit and all other valves worked perfect. would like to hear thoughts on possible cause before investing to rebuild caliper. Remember the inner valve was perfect on this caliper but, the outer valve had no pressure. as if it was clogged.
Thanks for your comments

Odds are your bleeder is plugged. I had on my Acura TL. You can remove and take a wire tie and clean the bleeder hole, better off just purchasing new bleeder(s), they only cost a couple bucks.

No need to rebuild the caliper at this point. Not uncommon for the bleeders to plug up. As per REVRAY, you can remove/clean it or just buy a new one (even if you have to buy a pack of four, they're still a lot cheaper than a rebuild). If that doesn't fix the problem, then look into a rebuild.

Bleeder valves are cheap and easily replaceable. The dealer wanted like $28 apiece - I'm pretty sure you can pick them up for a couple bucks at any auto parts store. They just screw into the caliper - no need to take apart the caliper.
