There are already several threads on this subject, many with recommendations for particular brands. Search is your friend. If the site search doesn't work well for you, use Google and prefix your search string with "site:the370z.com ". Eg, at Google, try:
(the quotes will prevent false positive for general paint and golfing threads)

That's a good tip SouthArk, thanks for posting.
As for the OP's issue, the scratch is going to require a repaint. Ain't no touch-up paint gonna fix that without it looking like crap because that scratch is actually a break in the materials, all the way down to the panel. The chips picture is not in focus so I can't comment on those. You need to post a in-focus picture of those chips before I can comment.

Chip doctor hands down the best and easiest way to do it. Unless you want to get touch up paint from the dealer.

Okay, you have two choices that you can go with that I can vouch for. Either Dr. Colorchip or the Lankga system. Whatever you do, don't just get some touch-up paint and go at it with no experience. That will end up looking like a 5 year old fixed it. With either product that I suggested, the job will look like crap if you don't follow the manufacturer's instructions TO THE LETTER.
